What will shipping cost? For this bundle we are offering FREE Shipping from San Fransisco to San Diego, CA! We get special rates from UPS and pass the savings on to you! We pack everything for you with insulated boxes and ice packs to ensure everything stays frozen and ship guaranteed overnight for the highest quality.
When will I receive my Pork? This product currently, has a 1 Week lead time. Once you place your order we will deliver on the following Wednesday. Orders placed by Sunday 9pm will be delivered by Wednesday that week.
What you get (100 lbs of pork): With the purchase of this butcher bundle, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:

- 30 lbs of slow-cooking cuts and roasts (an assortment of spare ribs, picnic roast, pork butt, split hocks, stew meat, jowels etc.)
- 18 lbs of Steaks (an assortment of porterhouse chops, rib chops, sirloin, etc.)
- 10 lbs Pork Belly
- 23 lbs of Ground Pork
- 9 lbs of Lard (regular lard for slow cooking and leaf lard which is creamier and used for baking)
- 10 lbs of Pre-cut Bones to make Stocks
Why Is Our Pork So Different?
It all starts with our specialty breeds of choice. We have selected heritage breeds, not found commercially, that thrive in an open pasture setting, foraging on what nature gives them. This creates a mouth watering marbled meat packed with nutrient density that you won't find in the supermarket!
Our heritage breed pigs, Gloucestershire Old Spot, are supplemented with Organic, Non GMO feed and we rotate the pigs throughout different areas of the ranch to get them the best food possible. Here they live a stress free life enjoying all the nutritious snacks that nature has to offer. They get to forage as much as they want, every day of their lives at our 200 acre local family ranch in Buellton, CA.
We make sure our pigs stay on our farm their whole lives. Almost every producer in today's market, supermarkets and small farms alike, ship their animals off far away when it is time to harvest. We take the welfare of our animals very seriously and treat them the best that we can.
How Much Storage Do I Need? You will need 3.5-4 Cubic Feet of freezer space for your Half Pig. For reference, the average kitchen freezer is about 5-6 Cubic Feet (less if you have an ice maker). We recommend using a deep freezer that does not automatically defrost because that feature can lead to shortened overall shelf life of your meat.
