What's Different About Our Pasture Raised Animals?

It all starts with our specialty breeds of choice. We have selected heritage breeds, not found commercially, that thrive in an open pasture setting, foraging on what nature gives them.   This creates a mouth watering marbled meat packed with nutrient density that you won't find in the
supermarket! 

Our heritage breed pigs, Gloucestershire Old Spot, are supplemented with Organic, Non GMO feed and we rotate the pigs throughout different areas of the ranch to get them the best food possible. Here they live a stress free life enjoying all the nutritious snacks that nature has to offer. They get to forage as much as they want, every day of their lives at our 200 acre local family ranch in Buellton, CA.

We make sure our pigs stay on our farm their whole lives.  Almost every producer in today's market, supermarkets and small farms alike,
ship their animals off far away when it is time to harvest.  We take the welfare of our animals very seriously and treat them the best that we can.
